No pets are allowed . We will charge an extra $250.00 if there’s evidence of pets.

Late check out is not permitted. You will inquire a fee of $100.00 per hour starting at 11:15 AM and every hour thereafter. 

- If any appliances, furniture, electronics or home decor is damaged or stolen, a minimum fee of up to $950 will be charged depending on the assessment of the violation and cost of replacement.
