Casita Lara Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small business.

Full Refund

•  Guests will receive a 100% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 5 days before check-in date.

Partial Refund

• Guests will receive a 50% refund if canceled 2–4 days before check-in.

No Refund

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Early Departures

• No refunds will be provided for early check-outs after check-in.

Date Changes

• One complimentary date change may be allowed depending on availability if requested at least 3 days in advance.

Exceptions

• Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at the host’s discretion.

Short Version

Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. 50% refund 2–4 days before. No refunds within 48 hours of check-in.
